Boxing returns to Cehegín next September 6 with R Ring Night, an event that will bring together a group of competitors with high technical and this morning has been submitted by the Councillor for Sports, Antonio Marín, and President Murcia International Federation of Muaythai Amateur World Champion and K1, Antonio Tortosa.
Sports councilor explained that since the late 1970s of the last century have not been held in Cehegín boxing, "and many fans and lovers of the fight claiming that the sport back to the town to enjoy it" .
The event will take place at the Sports Pavilion Loli de Gea from 21:30.
In the same ten fights will be held four different modes (K1, Kick Boxing and Muaythai) and there will be a display of the municipal school of taekwondo, as Antonio Marin.
For his part, Antonio Tortosa said that one of the objectives of these events is to extend and publicize these minority sports, banishing myths and topics that relate to violence and aggression.
Tortosa has also highlighted the technical quality and camaraderie surrounding the group of competitors who come to Cehegín and come from several Spanish provinces.
Besides fighting amateur bouts will also be two semi professionals, as Tortosa.
The 600 entries that will go on sale may be purchased at the price of 5 euros in the pub Transit, the House of Culture and Sports Complex pool Javier Miñano and pavilion at the box office the day of the event.
