IU-Green has filed an appeal before the Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ) of Murcia against PP and PSOE agreement regarding the release of the burden on the site that the City of Cehegín sold to Marble Technology Center (ATC) in 2002.
According to the IU-Greens councilor in Cehegín, María José Rodríguez, this agreement raises the condition subsequent suppression required to return a plot CTM sold eleven years ago if not the activity for which it was sold.
Rodriguez says PP and PSOE "are making favorable treatment to the marble business association to forgive a breach of contract of more than eight years, to the detriment of municipal assets and interests cehegineros at the same time to be encourage property speculation in a zone, the slaughterhouse, the Municipal General Management Plan has qualified residential use. "
According to the mayor, "there is no doubt of the illegality of the agreement, or the connivance of PP and PSOE since during the eight years both parties have been government and opposition and both have taken the decision to produce this situation. "
