On 10 August, and on the occasion of the eve of the celebrations of the parish Canara ceheginera be held the Third Ascent to the Sanctuary of the Virgen de la Peña, as reported by the Councillor for Sports, Antonio Marín.
This test was developed by the plain of the River Argos, among asphalt rural roads, culminating in the 250 meters of ascent to the shrine of the patron saint of Canara, which has a slope of almost 20%.
The total distance of this test is 7220 meters and is suitable for all audiences, as it has a circuit affordable for anyone who wants to enjoy athletics.
The start of the race will be at 20:00 am the door of the church of Canara, where from 18:30 hours dorsal shall deliver.
This test, as in the two previous editions, is organized jointly by the Department of Sports Cehegín and Canara Festival Committee 2013 and will be controlled by chip.
Registration takes place on the web www.conchipmurcia.es which houses the test information.
The registration fee is 12 euros.
