The mayor has criticized the economic and financial study accompanying the General Plan includes a commitment not spending authorities involved, while wonder how will the council to implement the Plan with an outstanding debt of 11.7 million euros.
He has also criticized the General Plan's rating raised 4.3 million square meters of agricultural land as developable, because this is "a robbery" to the owners of the land, they will pay the Property Tax (IBI) Urban.
The councilor also considered a "nonsense" that the Plan provides for the construction of 14,921 homes over the next 25 years, which would mean an increase of 17,701 people, something "impossible" in a city that now has 17,699 inhabitants.
