Councilman Business and Economic Development, Francisco in April, has informed the workshop 'Effective time management' aimed at entrepreneurs, freelancers and professionals in general to be held on Thursday, May 23, at the Technology Center of Marble Natural Stone and 17:00 to 20:00 hours.
The workshop is organized by the Directorate General of Industry, under the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research, in collaboration with the Department of Business and Economic Development led by Francisco in April and ICT Reference Center Northwest.
The basic objective of this workshop is to increase labor productivity by optimizing time, prioritizing tasks and activities, creating a weekly activity program, analyzing performance losses and acquiring the basics for effective time management.
Inside the workshop content includes objectives, functions and activities, time management plan, agenda setting, audit times and tips for effective time management.
The focus of this training is very practical, so that attendees develop their agenda for the week following the workshop, distributing their time between their goals, functions and activities.
It is, in short, to increase productivity, working master time and plan the weekly agenda.
