Students participating in the exchange between the IES Vega del Argos Cehegín and the institute "Enztal-Gymnasium" of the German city of Bad-Wildbad (Germany) visited this morning Cehegín City Hall, where they were received by the mayor, Jose Soria, and the Councillor for Education, Nicholas del Toro.
"This exchange has been taking place over the last ten years or so, and this time have reached Cehegín 2 teachers and 18 students who are staying in the homes of ceheginero school students," said the Councillor for Education.
The program of activities also includes a visit to churches, museums and historic Cehegín, a trip to Granada to visit the Alhambra, one to Caravaca de la Cruz, another visit to Cartagena and a day within the institute.
"This exchange is the result of collaboration between the councils of the two municipalities, as formalized an agreement that has recently been renovated," the mayor del Toro.
