Coinciding with the return of the Easter holidays, in early April has started operating the new dining room built in the College of Education and Primary (CEIP) Begastri City.
This service has responded School, says the Councillor for Education, Nicholas del Toro, a longstanding demand of the school, which had been asking its construction for several years.
"It has definitely begun to serve the dining room, which is provided for more than 50 people and has all the necessary facilities such as the kitchen, toilets and changing rooms, dining room, etc.," said del Toro .
The dining room is located in a new building whose construction and equipment have been fully funded by the Ministry of Education of the Region of Murcia.
In addition, the Councillor for Education explained that so far the students requesting Begastri City canteen were taken daily busing to other schools that do dining possessed.
"The shuttle was at the time as best solution to the problem of lack of room," said the mayor, who pointed out that, once built, is the school that is responsible for the management and all Concerning the organization of the room, as the hiring of catering menus or offering.
Recently, the mayor, José Soria, visited students to eat lunch daily in the dining room, sharing table and tablecloth.
Soria has highlighted the efforts made to meet the needs of the school and expressed his satisfaction at its entry into service.
