The Federation of Associations of Parents of Students of Cehegín (Fampa) has organized the IV Parent School in collaboration with the Department of Education of the City of Cehegín.
"This activity is intended parents awaken interest in education that can give their children, by providing them with a set of tools and skills that enable parents to help their children in their personal development, from birth and Throughout its growth, "as stated by the Councillor for Education, Nicholas del Toro.
Parent School consist of eight sessions to be held in the Youth Space every Thursday from April 11, ending on June 13.
These sessions will cover topics such as nutrition, anxiety management and relaxation, study skills, building self-esteem, sexual-affective education, conflict resolution and responsible use of new technologies.
Graduates in Biology, Psychology and specialist teachers are Speech and Language speakers of courses and workshops.
The opening session of this school will be borne by graduates in psychology and educational counselors Sergio Vidal and Juan Antonio Sáez, who will offer a lecture entitled "The importance of family involvement in the education of children," the April 11 .
To participate in the Parents' School IV will be charged a fee of 25 euros per family.
