This past Sunday, February 17 competidísimo match took place between two of the best teams in the first national, basketball and our CB Begastri Cartagena.
The meeting appeared to be a very difficult game and crucial, because of the difficulty of the rival, added the difficulty of getting beat at home in a field in which we have lost in preseason.
The CB Begastri proposed a meeting in which the concentration was very important and not to make mistakes, as only had 8 players to play the game.
The first quarter started with a great success both offensive sets, rarely attacks failed and the score at 3 minutes into the match and stood at 10-10, but then our team got defensive and raise their level achieved endorse a large part of 0-13 that gave the first advantage for our team.
The end of the first quarter made it 14-23 with the result for the visitors.
The second quarter was all, Cartagena raised a zone defense that initially hurt us and managed to regain enough disadvantage, coming to be at 3 points, 27-30 shortly after finishing the second quarter, but a new reaction by our part allowed us to reach the break with a lead of 8 points, 29-37.
The third quarter was very even, both teams fought hard to carry out its objectives, the locals cut the disadvantage to fight the game in the fourth quarter and extend the visitors to avoid the dreaded final adjusted away.
