Cehegín Mayor Jose Soria, and Councilman Works and Services, Juan Antonio Chico, presented this morning the new vehicle purchased by the City for the service of solid waste collection, a purchase that comes to complete the full renovation Mobile Municipal Park, as city leaders have indicated.
Juan Antonio Chico explained that "this new garbage truck replaces an old vehicle that was giving problems to the service, since their numerous ongoing failures represented a high cost for repairs annually to city coffers."
According to data provided by the council, the vehicle has had a cost of 142,660 euros, including VAT, and it is a Renault Premium 340.18, with a collector-rear loading compactor Ros-Roca, model Olimpus of 17 cubic meters.
Chico has highlighted the good work done by the municipal cleaning service, ensuring that Cehegín is concerning local and regional level by the results that are seen, but still asked workers "who work harder and hope for the service is excellent. "
For his part, the mayor wanted to emphasize the policy to optimize human and material resources starting at City Hall in order to "provide the same service costing the same or even less money."
