Cehegín Local Police have located the driver of the vehicle on Tuesday January 22 ran over a nine year old girl in San Augustine Street in the town, causing fracture of tibia and fibula, and continued his march without stopping, according to informed Councilwoman Safety, Maria Dolores Carrasco.
