The contest is open to all citizens of the country, who will present their works at the most until Friday January 25 at the House of Culture of Cehegín.

The work is the development of a poster Cehegín Carnival.
There will be three classes:
Adults (national)
School II - ESO and Baccalaureate students, aged 13 to 18 years (local level).
School I - Elementary Students up to 12 years (locally)
The making of the poster will be submitted to the following criteria:
For category a) Adults:
Should be drawing, painting, photography or digital with free technical design and measures 50x70cm.
or equivalent.
Also be valid essay assignments (collages, murals, etc.).
For categories b) and c) School II and I:
Should be drawings, paintings, photographs or compositions in black and white or color
All posters (of any category) must bear the reference "Cehegín Carnival 2013 - From 9 to 16 February - NORTHWEST CARNIVAL"
Without abandoning the idea of ​​the contest, participants will headline his works.
The works submitted must not include any name or visible signal that can identify its author.
Participants will formalize a registration form with two copies which will be facilitated by this General Meeting of Comparsas at the time of delivery of the work, and that, in turn, must adhere to one, in a sealed envelope to back of each work.
Each participant may submit a maximum of two works which have not been awarded in other contests.
The deadline for posters will close on Friday 25 January 2013 at 20:00.
The work, once deposited, will be judged by a jury chaired by Councilman Celebrations.
The award, one for each category, will be:
From 300 €.
for the category) and editing work as poster Carnival 2013.
From 100 €.
in a bond to be redeemed at any of the libraries Cehegín for category b) and editing the work program as cover acts Carnival 2013.
From 80 €.
a voucher redeemable at any of the libraries Cehegín, for category c) and editing the work inside the program of events of the carnival 2013.
Prizes can be declared void if the jury did not satisfy the papers presented sufficient quality for publication.
The winning works will become property of the Hon.
Cehegín City Council.
Both the papers, as the winners will be displayed to the public during the week of Carnival, in a presentation on this topic to be announced.
