In addition, the 'Bridge The Chirros' has already lighting, wall lamps composed, that have changed the night image of the area as well as benches, bins and signs.
Have also been planted mulberry trees, olive trees and hedge plant along the entire stretch, which runs continuously, without deviations.
This remodeling of the track, which has been funded by Obra Social "la Caixa", with 61,965 euros, has also caused a lot of effort to Cehegín City Council, who had to buy the land to its owners, with an investment of 156,263 euros .
"Thus ended what had always wanted: to continue the Greenway," said Soria.
He said that "we have cleaned up all this section, from the Bridge of Chervil to virtually Slaughterhouse Polygon, which had become two landfills. Now there is here a unique recreational area for children and a walk for the elderly".
