Cehegín City Council has provided the Ministry of Presidency of Murcia the record of the bullfight held in Canara on 12 August, in order to rule on whether the latter opens disciplinary proceedings against the company organizing the celebration, 'Shows Guadalupe ', headed by Antonio Guerrero, who also directs' Shows with Art'.
The company said bullfight held without authorization, because the portable bullring not meet necessary safety conditions, referred to in the rules governing this type of public entertainment.
The day before the celebration, the company made the procedure for applications for authorization in the City, late Friday, noting that the celebrations for requesting authorization were not actually intended to carry out.
Still, the company decided to conduct unauthorized celebrations (a festival and said bullfight aficionados), compromising the integrity of the participants, since, in the event that any incident had occurred, no insurance had been made responsible for any damage or accidents during the same, having no authorization.
