Cehegín City Council has paid in the last week of May bills in the amount of EUR 2.148 million to its suppliers, thanks to the Pay Plan promoted by the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, which has been designated as the entity Banco Santander bank for the locality.
Cehegín Mayor Jose Soria explained that the City, which pays off your debts and suppliers (invoices until 2011), "will have to repay this money over the next ten years. With this action we hope to lower unemployment and create jobs ".
Also, Soria said that "if any of the vendors listed have Pay Plan had not cashed, who immediately directed to the City Council to make appropriate claims."
