The IU-Green councilor in Cehegin, Maria Jose Rodriguez, will present a motion at city hall for the plenary of the corporation is held once a month instead of every two months so far.
Rodriguez recalled that Cehegín is the only town in the Northwest region in which are full every two months.
He asserted that this fact "obstructing" the exercise of the opposition and makes it difficult to discuss all the issues up the agenda.
In this sense, explained that the 23 points taken at the March plenary session, discussed only twelve, of which "was just a political content" and were left untreated eight points of the three groups represented in the council.
"The character bi-monthly plenary sessions also prevents you reach the ample opportunity for questions, in violation of fundamental rights such as participation and weakens political pluralism," he concluded.
