BASES
1 .- contest have access to all citizens of the Region of Murcia.
2 .- The issue revolves around the idea of ​​carnival festivities.
3 .- The work will consist in developing a poster Cehegín Carnival.
4 .- There shall be three categories:
A) Adults (regional)
B) School II - ESO and Baccalaureate students, 13 to 18 years (local level).
C) School I - Elementary Students, up to 12 years (local level)
5 .- The preparation of the cartel will have to undergo the following criteria:
* For each category a) Adults:
- Should be drawing, painting, photography and digital design with free technique and measures 50x70cm.

* For categories b) and c) School II and I:
- They must be drawings, paintings, photographs or compositions in black and white or color

6 .- Without abandoning the idea of ​​the contest, participants will head to their works.
7 .- The works submitted must not include any name or visible signal that can identify the author.
8 .- The participants will formalize a registration form with two copies that will be provided by the General Meeting of Comparsas at the time of delivery of the work, and which, in turn, must attach a within a envelope, the back of each work.
9 .- Each participant may submit a maximum of two works that have not been awarded in other contests.
10 .- The deadline for submission of posters will end on Tuesday January 31 2012 at 18:00 pm
11 .- The work, once deposited, will be judged by a jury chaired by Councilman Celebration.
12 .- The Prize, one for each category will be:

13 .- The prizes can be declared void if a jury trial did not satisfy the papers of sufficient quality for publication.
14 .- The winning works will become property of the Hon.
Cehegin Town Hall.
15 .- Both the papers, as winners will be displayed to the public during the week of Carnival, an exhibition on this subject to be announced.
