Cehegín City Council through the ICT Reference Center Northwest Region of Murcia, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Murcia (AJE) and the Institute for the Promotion of the Region of Murcia (INFO) have partnered to conduct a project that will create an online ICT tool for process improvement consulting to entrepreneurs, which are provided from various agencies in the region.

For this, the project will be developed in four phases, such as the 'collection process' (creation of a database, diagnosis of the entrepreneur, business plan, diagnostic management skills, development of ideas, corporate finance, tools and solutions ICT for the company, business development, corporate relocation, cooperation and internationalization).

The second phase focuses on the 'conversion of these paper processes online ICT tools, commonly used for technicians and entrepreneurs (financial diagnostic tool business and business location tool).

The third step is to 'Train the technicians' of organisms attached to this project to increase their knowledge and make the most of the tools.
