Cehegín Mayor, Jose Soria, and Councilman Business, Economic Development and Employment, Francisco in April, has held a meeting with local representatives of trade unions CCOO
and UGT, Maria Fernandez and Juan Puerta, respectively.
April has defined this event as "a first contact between local government and major trade unions, to propose actions that can encourage job creation in the locality."
For its part, the mayor has branded the event "of vital importance because the current situation requires commitment from all walks of life, to try to mitigate the effects of the crisis in the town, especially with regard to unemployment."
The local government has informed the union representatives from some of the proposals which are being finalized to encourage the establishment of businesses in the town, and to support entrepreneurs who want to start a business in the municipality.
Soria has announced that in the coming days will present a series of measures to help facilitate the establishment of new companies in Cehegín, and the sale of plots in the industrial area of ​​salt water.
