Cehegín Mayor, Jose Soria, and the council of Celebration, Ruben Sanchez, were received in the Plenary Hall of the Town Hall to the seven ladies who form part of the Royal Court in the coming Patron, ranging from 8 to 14 September.
Jessica Sharp Teruel, Ana Fernández Sánchez, Patricia González Sánchez, Ana Molina Zarco, Alicia Morales García, Juana María Ortega Martínez Sánchez and Patricia Espin have been chosen to represent Cehegín at parties this year, in an act that has been conducted by Popular TV presenter Miriam Agudo.
Both the mayor and the council will have wanted these girls to "enjoy the festivities, which will undoubtedly be the most special for them as they participate in a much more intense, and unforgettable experiences," as the night of the coronation of the Queen.
On 10 August, the jury of the council of Celebration, the queens of the past nine years, Zapata, Dekora, the Board of Cabins, Trade Association, Ceheginet, the Brotherhood of Our Lady of Wonders and coordinator of this event, Thomas Noguerol, which will elect the Queen of the Festival 2011.
