IU-Greens has filed with the board of elections Caravaca area a complaint against the City of Cehegín considering that the last number of the local newspaper is "clearly propaganda and violates the law of the Electoral System."
The newspaper, distributed free of charge, edited and financed by the session, shown on the cover of the April issue of information entitled "The council will aid of 250 euros to buy computers," which takes place on an inside page.
Other headlines include: "Finish the sanitation work in the parishes," "are arranged numerous streets of San Antonio", and "The Convent district opens new streetlights."
IU-Green says in his complaint that among the possible violations are being violated "so obvious" Articles 50.2 and 50.3 of the Election System Act, which prohibits corporate campaign in pre-election period.
