"When a young man intended to write not know if it's need or deficiency. The bins half full or half empty. The stories crammed into an attic transformed into a thick paste blue ink diluted by moisture and over time . At one point I did not know what to write, or how, and sometimes not when. "
The synthesis of this thinking aloud has been used to tell the then fledgling literary side Jesus de la Ossa, coordinator of Culture of the City of Cehegín, and, above all, one of the great writers who have given this land, along with others and enshrined as Salvador García Jiménez.
The House of Culture has hosted the awards in the Children's Story Contest III, carried out by De la Ossa, the Councillor for Education and Culture, Nicolás del Toro, and the librarian Sabina Ruiz, in which the students have enjoyed both the presentation and the narration of the three winning stories.
This year was Sara Ecija Willrett the winner of the third edition, with its story "Butterfly: Butterflies are the soul of a flower."
To this has been followed by Moya María Delgado, who has remained in second place with his story entitled "The stories never sleep, 'and Sandra Ruiz Molina, who was third, with the play" With cat eyes. "
These three stories have been published in the Giant Book, which every year is made with the occasion of World Book Day.
This will be exhibited permanently in the Municipal Library.
