The City Council cut rates fords many permanent and eliminate the 'goodwill' to the Old Town houses to be reformed (06/04/2011)

The Full Council has approved Cehegin rate cut large numbers of permanent fords of the locality, downgrading a total of 55 streets where they are located, so many cehegineros will pay less this year.

In addition, the Municipal Council has approved the total exemption of 'goodwill' to the Old Town houses that have been renovated, eliminating this tax to their owners if the transfer (sale, gift or inheritance).

The same applies to the creation and transmission easements, which will be free to pay the 'goodwill'.

With these measures, the City Council intended to give relief to citizens, in these moments of crisis they are living.
