It is situated in a SPA (special protection for birds), because it species such as the eagle, toed eagle, owl, goshawk and sparrowhawk.
The hostel has a training room, kitchen, single rooms with bunk halls with capacity for 32 people, wheelchair accessible toilets, patio with small pool, meeting area, offices, and so on.
All these units may be used by all who want it.
To this end, the City has already applied to the Autonomous Community of the property transfer, so that management can take from the City, which would in turn able to make any concessions.
