The sculpture of Christ Stripped of the Brotherhood of Our Lady of Sorrows, popularly known as 'The Blacks', finished fourth in the V Award 'The Niche', which recognizes the best images taken in Spain.
More than 6,000 have been voting expert and faithful who have received this contest, in which the size Stripped ceheginera of Christ, created by sculptor Jesús Yuste ciezano Antonio Navarro was crowned as one of the four best performed in year 2010.
The first place went to the Christ of the University, the imager Juan Manuel Miñarro Lopez, followed by the Roman tribune, Gerardo Ruiz del Moral, and San Pedro, Antonio Bernal Redondo, respectively.
According to the President of 'The Black', Pedro Perez, "We are very proud that our brotherhood is named in Spain for a size as pretty as the Christ Stripped, by Antonio Jesus, who also is our Honor Cofrade" .
