Cehegín City Council within Cehegín Digital City project, has installed two digital stations in the House of Culture and Social Local El Campillo de los Jiménez, connected to the Internet that allow neighbors to know in real time temperature in these places, and wind speed, humidity, pressure and maximum and minimum recorded during the day, through the web www.eltiempoencehegin.es.
This website also contains images taken by two cameras mounted next to those stations for observing the sky from each of these points.
The project was co-directed by the team and the Digital City Cehegín ceheginero Juan David Perez Correas, known for his relationship with the weather and by participation in various media by making predictions, which will continue in this web.
This will be constantly updated with statistics, graphs and data as rainwater collected in the last month or the full year, temperature every hour throughout the day, maximum and minimum, and radar maps of precipitation or cloudiness.
According to the council for New Technologies, Francisco in April, "this site will become a good tool for many people, especially the agricultural sector, since, among other things, farmers may see what time temperatures have been taking minimum winter timetables to schedule heating greenhouses. "
