The City Council has organized a Cehegín welcoming ceremony and tribute to the trainer of the Spanish football team, the ceheginero Francisco Javier Miñano, to be held Saturday morning from 21:00 h.
in the Plaza Alfaro.
In a welcoming ceremony attended by the mayor of the town, José Soria, who has appealed to all the fans "to come to give a warm welcome to our illustrious countryman."
After this event will be held the children's orchestra performance of the Municipal School of Music, as was expected in the summer program of activities.
Javier Miñano belongs to the technical team of the Spanish football team, led by Vicente del Bosque, and a few months ago was appointed preacher of the festivity of Cehegín, so read his opening speech on Saturday August 28 at the Camelot Room during event which also will be crowned Queen of the Festival 2010.
