Citizens Cehegín has filed a lawsuit requesting the nullity of the contract of the Communication Service of the City Council, considering that there are "alleged irregularities" in it, which was the beneficiary of the PSOE's Communication Secretary, who also attended the elections Municipalities in the socialist lists.
The orange local spokesman, Jerónimo Moya, explained that in the lawsuit "the nullity of the contract is requested, which was awarded by the mayor through a resolution in June 2016, and which means 21,719 euros per year for the local treasury" .
In the lawsuit before the Administrative Court number 1 of Murcia, Moya denounces a series of alleged irregularities relating to the award process and the invitation of companies that attended the process: "In Citizens we have a firm commitment to the regeneration of the policy local and the fight against these cacique practices of plugging and capitalism of cronies and relatives, in addition to a totally unnecessary expense that could have been allocated to alleviate any of the many needs that our municipality has ".

Moya believes that now "it is time to raise carpets and open windows, as requested by the PSOE at the regional level in the City of Murcia, but that transparency and regeneration must also be applied to the socialist councils, which maintains practices that They are at the height of the most ranks of the PP ".
