The Mayor of Cehegín, José Rafael Rocamora, as well as the ediles of Sports and Works and Services, Joaquín López and Ismael Abellán, respectively, have visited, today, the state of execution of the conditioning works of the municipal heated pool of Cehegín, which are being carried out by the company Montajes Ferroviarios and Instalaciones and which are expected to be completed by the end of this month of January.
"In this way, as they have explained, a crucial action is taking place in this pool where safety is the priority, through a structural reinforcement of the roof, after the collapse of the Pavilion, which, as we all know, has made these facilities are out of service since last January 19, 2017. "
With this intervention is proceeding to increase the thickness of insulation of the roof by placing another panel on top of the existing, also to the rehabilitation of the structure by reinforcing the necessary profiles, the replacement of the air dehumidifier and solar hot water tank, as well as the installation of lighting;
It will also decrease the depth of the pool and a door in the entrance hall to the pool and opening of holes for windows to the pool.
The work has a price of 182,531.97 euros including VAT, contributed entirely by the City of Cehegín.
