The Town Council of Cehegín, through the Department of Works and Services, whose Edil is Ismael Abellán, has completed the renovation of the paving and the water and sanitation network of Soledad Street, in the Canara hamlet.
In the same has been replaced the current concrete pavement in poor condition, a mixed concrete pavement and slab in an area of ​​420 m2.
A new sanitation network has been installed, consisting of pvc pipe with a 315 mm outer diameter tile, in a length of 66 m.
They have been made to the houses of the same material and 200 mm in diameter.
The potable water distribution network consists of ductile cast iron pipes with a diameter of 100 mm, with a length of 87 m.
The housings have been made of polyethylene pipes with a nominal diameter of 1 inch.
The execution time of the work has been one month and a half and the cost of it is 56,187.71 euros.
They have been made by the company AQUAMUR.
This project is part of the Regional Action Plan for the Dynamization of Works and Services of 2016, which consists of the subsidy to the Municipalities of the Region of Murcia, less than 50,000 inhabitants, by the Autonomous Community, specifically, the Ministry of Presidency.
