Work has begun on the refurbishment of the Argos street in Cehegín, as it has been confirmed by the Mayor of Cehegín, José Rafael Rocamora, as well as the Councilor for Works and Services, Ismael Abellán.
In the same, the current concrete pavement in bad condition will be replaced by a mixed concrete pavement and slab in an area of ​​365 m2.
A sanitation network will be installed, consisting of pvc pipe with 315 mm outside diameter and with a length of approximately 55 m and its corresponding connections for the dwellings.
The potable water network will also be renewed through a ductile cast iron pipe of 100mm and 70 m in length and its corresponding connections for houses.
This project is part of the Regional Action Plan for the Dynamization of Works and Services of 2016, which consists of the subsidy to the municipalities of the Region of Murcia, less than 50,000 inhabitants.
It is financed by the Autonomous Community, specifically, through the Ministry of Presidency, and by the Cehegín City Council.
It has a budget of 48,108.90 euros.
