The Councilor for Local Development, Employment, Industry and Economic Promotion, Francisco Chico, has reported that the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia has granted a grant requested for a new Local Public Employment Program to be launched from City Hall.
This has a budget of 45,097.20 euros, of which 44,132.40 are financed by the SEF through the European Social Fund with the Youth Guarantee program.
It will benefit three young people from Cehegín who will be hired to promote their employability and professional qualification.
The duration of the contract will be six months and, these young people, under 30 years old, must be enrolled in the Youth Guarantee System, so it will be the SEF that will make the selection of the candidates.
The program to be developed and for which these young people will be hired is called "Local Administration most useful 2017" and will be carried out by technical staff of Cehegín City Council, with the collaboration of these young contractors.
It will have three lines of action: the first would be to work on the new weekly market management;
The second in the management of electronic administration and, finally, the updating of the municipal inventory.
The Employment Office emphasized that "for young people hired, it will mean an important improvement in their occupational skills by qualifying and acquiring a professional experience that would allow them, once the program is finished, to have valuable tools for acquiring professional experience , For the search of employment for own account or for own account, while the program will also benefit all the cehegineros, since it will achieve an improvement in the different lines on which the young people will work "
