The Councilor for Sports of Cehegín City Council, Joaquín López, visited yesterday repair works that are being carried out on the Sports Center of Canara.
These will have a cost of € 13,938.28 and have received a grant of € 4,616.37 from the Ministry of Culture and Portavocía of CARM.
El Edil commented that "this repair was necessary in this multi-purpose concrete track, which was cracked and part of the ground had yielded."
Through these works, as explained, a layer of reinforced concrete will be made with a thickness of 6cm on the existing one, with a specific treatment finish for this surface, while painting the areas of the game.
On the other hand will also be placed in the same a fence of 4 meters of height.
