The School of Wine was the chosen framework in which the diplomas were awarded to the students participating in the Level 1 course "Basic Operations of Restaurant and Bar" for young people under 30 enrolled in the National Guarantee System Youth.
We recall that this was launched, last February, through the Department of Local Development and Employment, led by Francisco Chico,
The mayor of Cehegín, José Rafael Rocamora, the councilor mentioned, as well as the mayor of Tourism, May Molina, were in charge of delivering these accreditations to the six participants.
On the other hand, the event also served to enable those present, among whom were the media, to enjoy a series of dishes prepared by the members of this course, which, we remember, has served to train in the sector of Hospitality, to assist in the service and to prepare and present simple drinks and fast foods, executing and applying operations, techniques and basic norms of manipulation, preparation and conservation of foods and beverages.
A course, which has been 290 hours long, has been subsidized by the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF), with funds from the Autonomous Community and co-financed by the European Social Fund.
