The event was attended by Councilor for Health of the City Council, Antonia Fernandez, and the President of the Provincial Board of Murcia of the AECC, Dr. D. Agustín Navarrete Montoya, (Oncologist).
The mayor wanted to publicly congratulate his new President, Isidro de la Ossa, to whom he wishes his luck and who has shown the support of the institution for this solidarity and necessary cause.

We recall that the AECC was established in 1953 and operates throughout Spain thanks to its 52 Provincial Boards, with representation in more than 2,000 locations throughout the country.
It is composed of patients, families, volunteers and professionals working together to prevent, raise awareness, accompany people and fund cancer research projects that will allow better diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
