Today Cehegín City Council has signed the agreement with the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia (FFRM) through which it will donate three defibrillators for the sports facilities of Cehegín.
The event was attended by the mayor of the municipality, José Rafael Rocamora and the president of the Federation, José Miguel Monje Carrillo.
It has taken place in the plenary hall of the ceheginero consistory and has also counted on the assistance of the Councilor for Sports, Joaquín López.
Through this agreement, the City of Cehegín, undertakes to install these defibrillators and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment once they are located in municipal sports facilities.
We recall that a defibrillator is an electronic device that restores the normal heart rhythm by a high voltage electric shock to stop the arrhythmias.
They are going to be installed in sports facilities, because this is where heart problems can occur due to the intense effort that athletes perform.
