Councilor for Works and Services Ismael Abellán, has reported that Cehegín City Council has acquired a water-cleaning machine that will be used for cleaning the streets, sidewalks and walls of the city.
The mayor stressed that, with this acquisition, the Government team continues to fulfill its commitment to provide the cleaning service with the consistory of better material means, in order to provide a more efficient service to citizens every day.
KARCHER uses pressure hot water and degreasing liquid at different speeds, and will be used especially to eliminate the more complicated stains of oils, excrement, etc. that stick to the tiles.
Ismael Abellán also said that "in the coming days, and through the Local Employment Plan, will be allocated three workers to intensify the cleaning of the city with this new machine, although its use throughout the year will be periodic."
The water-cleaning machine, which has cost 12,402 euros, has a 35-meter extensible high-pressure hose and works with a generator that is transported in a trailer, which has also been purchased.
