The photograph entitled "Image of an Image" by Antonio Sanchez Corbalan, has won the I Photography Contest of the "Festivities" 2016, sponsored by the Department of Celebrations of the City, directed by Ana Maria Molina, and organized by the Three Thirds Association.
We recall that this contest rewarded the best picture with the theme of the festivity of Cehegín, with two inputs for each of the acts that the City of Cehegín organized for the holidays next year.
The jury, composed by the Councillor of Celebration;
a member of the Board of the Organising Association;
two photographic studios, Image Creative Photographers and Wit, as well as freelance photographer, Pedro David Martinez, have had to decide between 45 participants, of whom came 9 to the end.
Thus, the jury awarded the prize this year to photograph entitled "Image of an Image" whose author, as mentioned, has been Antonio Sanchez Corbalan, in which a personal and artistic vision of the Patron Saint is presented Cehegín, the Virgen de las Maravillas.
The winner, according to organizers, expressed his wish that the prize he has achieved, is donated to the AFEMNOR, the Association of relatives and people with mental illness association Northwest.
