Councilman Sports City of Cehegín, Joaquín López Carreño, accompanied by the coordinator at the Northwest Association D'Genes, Pascual Donate well as two of the organizers of the event, Sofía and Antonio Clemente Adinor Maya by MTB Club the Simao, presented the III March for rare diseases, which will be held in Cehegín on 28 August from the Sports Javier Miñano (Almajal) from 9.00 in the morning.
The event was also attended by the Regional President of D'Genes, Juan Carrion.
It is running, as we say, is organized by the Club MTB Los Simao and the Delegation of the Association of Rare Diseases D`Genes Northwest collaboration with the club Falco Trail Cehegín, the Adinor association and the Department of Sports City of Cehegín .
The edition of this year will have three gears: one of 43 kilometers of MTB by the mountains of Cehegín, some 15 kilometers of trails also by the mountains of Cehegín and 8 kilometers for walkers, for all ages and physical conditions, even disabled because it will pass through the greenway.
This year has also organized a children gimkana, which will be conducted by Adinor, which consist of numerous games and contests for younger children to enjoy a morning of fun while their parents participate in any of the walk tests.
These games will be held on the premises of the municipal swimming pool.
To finish drives a draw will be made with the bib number of gifts that have been donated by businesses in Cehegín and Caravaca, who wanted to collaborate with this charitable way.
Afterwards, all participants can enjoy refreshments and snacks until lunch where you can taste a giant paella and desserts, all activities that take place within the precincts of the swimming pool.
All the money raised this morning of sport and solidarity will go to the Association of Rare Diseases D`Genes to help those affected by rare diseases in the Region of Murcia, mostly children.

The participation fee is set at 18 euros for mtb and hiking, 10 euros for individuals who participate as volunteers or row zero, that is, for those who want to just go for the food, without participating in any of the marches and 5 euros for children.
Cehegín The City Council and the Association D'Genes are encouraged to participate in this event that will connect sport and solidarity for rare diseases.
