Youth Councillor of the City of Cehegín, Maravillas Fernández García, presided in the day, the meeting of the Technical Coordination Board System Youth Guarantee, which includes the municipalities of Caravaca, Cehegín, Bullas, Calasparra and Moratalla.
In the same they have been present the various actors involved in the youth guarantee of the municipalities, councilors and technicians;
They have also had a presence also employment offices, the Commonwealth Northwest, the IMAS, representatives of education and the business of the municipality.
Plan Youth Guarantee is a European initiative that aims to facilitate the access of young people under 29 in the labor market and that is framed within the strategy of Young Entrepreneurship approved in February 2013 by the Ministry of Employment and Security.
The basic objective is to establish a network of coordination to optimize educational resources, vocational and career guidance being offered by different institutions, youth organizations and social partners from the different municipalities.
Some of the issues have been treated in the same have been the current situation of Youth Guarantee file and the beneficiaries being served;
dissemination and uptake file for Youth Guarantee as well as the needs posed by young people.
As explained by the mayor, some of the proposals that have emerged from this table have been that "the educational and training needs as our business and the creation of joint training programs and youth employment look; also that self business network approach the youth Guarantee profiles when hiring, and we make workshops for young people to acquire skills "
One of the last points of the issues that the Bureau has also sought, as Councillor has stated, is the creation of small workshops that serve to coordinate the proposals to develop.
All have summoned dated October 18 for a new meeting of the Bureau, which will be held in Bullas.
