Councillor of Celebration, Ana Maria Molina Lopez, has reported that the ceheginera hamlet of La Pila, held their celebrations in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus this coming weekend with many culinary, musical, religious and pyrotechnical activities.

From Friday 17 to Sunday, June 19, residents and visitors will enjoy a program of events which has, among others, the pilgrimage of Campillo de los Jimenez to the stack, the contest crumbs, a big fireworks display, Mass huertana with floral offering and procession with the statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

There will also be concerts, different gastronomic events and children's activities.

Since the Festival Committee want the neighbors happy holidays and encourage all to visit the village cehegineros these days to enjoy their hospitality.
