The government team of the City of Cehegín has reported that it has reconsidered its initial position moving the weekly Wednesday market, making the decision finally to start the process to achieve the remodeling of the weekly market at its current location .

This decision has been taken, as explained, after the successive meetings with area merchants, market vendors, as well as the consideration of surveys conducted by the Department of Commerce during the month of November 2015;

also taking into account the collection of signatures by the merchants in the area;

but above all, he explained, thinking about the overall benefit of most residents of Cehegín.
