Councilman Staff of the City of Cehegín, Joaquín López Carreño, and the General Director of Women of the Autonomous Community, Alicia Barquero inaugurated a course of municipal resources for reconciliation with gender perspective for staff of local councils, workers They dedicate their work to process grants on this subject.
A training of 30 hours over six days, which is funded by the European Social Fund.
The course was attended by the municipalities of the Northwest Region and Rio Mula.
The course will be taught in the Business Incubator Coso Wednesday this May, 18 and 25, as well as the 1,8,15 and 22 of June day hours 9 at 14:00.
The main objective of this course is to encourage responsibility and reconciliation of personal, family and work life from public administration.
More specifically, it aims to develop individual and group skills that allow municipal staff resources and implementing strategies reconciliation and responsibility, to respond to the reality and needs of each municipality, from a gender perspective.
In addition, with this meeting, approved by the School of Public Administration is designed to facilitate the reconciliation of professional and related fields that may affect improving the employability of women as the key to gender equality elements.
The program includes the analysis of system of socialization as a process of construction of female and male identity, strategies and policies for equal opportunities between women and men, language and non-sexist within the corporate image communication and relationships gender individual, sociological and economic sphere.
Also, participants will gain knowledge about the sexual division of labor, new masculinities, socioeconomic model and balance in the reconciliation and responsibility, legislation and rights of conciliation, the development of programs and projects of municipal conciliation, plus reports gender impact.
