Given the recent criminal acts occurred in Cehegín in recent months, such as robbery at a jewelry store and attempted it in a supermarket, the mayor of the municipality, Jose Rafael Rocamora, held a meeting with the Sergeants of the Local Police and Guardia Civil.
It has also been present in this Public Safety Councilman Joaquin Lopez Carreño.
This has been focused on analyzing, as stated by the mayor, "the rise of these facts because, between the administration and the security forces, there is collaboration, and improve the preventive work and appeal to citizen collaboration."
