More than two hundred women of Murcia, belonging to various associations and groups, this morning visited the City of Cehegín, within the cultural route they are doing to the town, on the occasion of an annual event that made commemorating the events of Day women, held every March 8.
This year the ceheginero municipality has been chosen to spend a day together and contemplate the various historical sites treasured.
They were accompanied by two aldermen of the City Council, specifically the councilors of Social Services and Equality.
The Mayor of Cehegín, Jose Rafael Rocamora, and the Councillor for Citizen Security, Joaquín López Carreño, have received the group, welcoming and thanking them for their visit, and accompanied on his tour of the Town Hall, where they have known different rooms, such as the main staircase or the Plenary Hall.
