The mayor of Ceheg n, Alicia del Amor, and the Councilor for Tourism, Mar a Dolores Agudo, and as communicated yesterday during her visit to the municipality by the General Director of Tourism Competitiveness and Quality, Mar to Esther Tenza, they have informed that the Governing Council of the Region of Murcia, at the proposal of the Ministry of Tourism, Youth and Sports, has approved to grant a subsidy of 19,500 euros to the City Council of Ceheg n for the beautification of the surroundings in squares and streets of the old and urban center, in a way that contributes to the tourist improvement of the municipality. The City Council of Ceheg n intends to address the municipal tourism revitalization through the beautification of the old town in the Plaza del Castillo and in the square of the Tourist Office, as well as in the replacement of urban furniture and other repair work in different streets in this area of ??the town. The regional government collaborates with this subsidy in the expenses caused by the rehabilitation, conditioning and beautification of said public spaces to improve their local infrastructures.
