From the Department of Culture and Celebrations it is reported that, due to the extreme situation that we are going through at the moment in our town and that is causing the highest number of infections since the beginning of the health crisis, they have proceeded to suspend the following scheduled activities:In Culture, the Cehegín Cultural Conference Cycle is temporarily postponed, which in this edition had the Environment as its theme.The Amateur Theater Cycle is also suspended.The awards ceremony for the best End-of-Degree and End-of-Master Projects of the students of our town who have been presented is maintained, and will be held on December 11.
These awards are organized from the UMU Permanent Headquarters in collaboration with our City Council.In festivities the Three Kings Parade, San Sebastián Festivities, Campillo de los Jiménez and San Antón Festivities in the various districts, and Carnival 2021 are suspended.We hope that all those affected by these decisions, difficult to make, are understanding and understand that everything is done for the benefit of the health and safety of all in the face of the contagion situation that we are suffering.
