The Councilor for Youth, José Antonio Zafra, has inaugurated today the 'Leisure and Free Time Monitor' course, which will train 20 young people in pedagogical, leadership and group dynamization skills for leisure and free time.
In addition, this course is associated with training in multi-adventure activities, robotics, drone flying and 3D printing, expanding the training to facilitate access to the labor market.The mayor has highlighted that “the training of leisure and free time monitor has been a highly demanded training by young people in our town and surroundings.
In Spain it has become one of the great generators of employment within the services sector since there are many companies that offer leisure and entertainment sports activities aimed at different sectors of the population ”."On this occasion, it has concluded, and thanks to the Red Cross, and specifically to the Second Opportunities Project for training and learning of the Youth Guarantee that is promoted by the Employment Plan, today it is possible that young people from Cehegín and others Points of the Region can access training completely free of charge that will not only provide them with pedagogical skills, leadership and dynamization of groups for leisure and free time, but will also help them create a more attractive and competitive profile thanks to the training itinerary that they have prepared, which includes other complementary and innovative training for the profession that will help improve their employability and therefore increase their chances of finding a job ”.
