The mayor of Cehegín, Alicia del Amor, and the manager of the company Estructuras Cehegín SL Antonio José Carmona Morales, have signed in the Plenary Hall of the City Council the award contract for the works of the "Center for the revitalization of crafts", the Which will be lifted with a term of execution of the works of around 4 months. This intervention has a budget of € 112,530 euros, VAT included, this amount being subsidized by the Leader Program.

In this way, work will continue on the works of the old Plaza de Abastos.

Specifically, it is an aid that will be destined to the interior adaptation of part of the upper floor of the municipal building to house a center for the revitalization of commerce and crafts. The mayor has shown her satisfaction with this contract "by means of which an emblematic building of our city will be recovered, that in addition this intervention can be carried out by a company from Cehegín and that, thus, in this way, the work results in the benefit of our own locality.
