The BORM of today Tuesday, August 18, publishes an extract of the regulatory bases of the extraordinary aid program to alleviate the consequences of the economic damage caused in the municipality of Cehegín derived from the health emergency situation due to COVID-19 .

These € 250,000 have been taken from the amount allocated to festivities, which, as everyone knows, will not be celebrated, and what better way than to allocate them to support and favor micro SMEs and local self-employed.The bases set out in detail the amounts and conditions for accessing each of the grants, which are summarized in a nutshell:• Hospitality: € 120.00 per business, plus € 3.5 / m2 of terrace that implies occupation of public domain, from the lifting of the alarm state until 12-31-2020• General trade: € 120.00 per business• Coso business incubator: € 2.83 / m2 of leased local area, for 3 months.• CILE warehouses - Pol.
Industrial el Muladar y el Almarjal: € 0.90 / m2 per leased warehouse area, for 2 months.
Maximum aid of € 390.00• Pol.
Industrial Agua Salada warehouses: € 0.65 / m2 per leased warehouse area, for 2 months.
Maximum aid of € 1,200.00Regarding entrepreneurship aid, the City Council has justified it by the need for the business and industrial fabric of Cehegín for new activities that facilitate the creation of jobs.
For this, a line of aid has been created that will subsidize 50% of the justified initial investment, with a maximum amount per application of € 15,000.
The companies that want to apply for this aid must have been established after the date the state of alarm was decreed and no later than December 31, 2020, while maintaining their activity for a minimum period of 2 years .
It should be noted that these grants will be in a non-competitive regime, and that they will be granted in order of the date they are presented, until the initially established budget is exhausted.
